Cancellation Policy
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount. “NO CALL, NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Arriving more then 10 minutes late will eliminate the opportunity to receive your service, resulting in a voided appointment and a 50% cancellation fee.
